We left my wife’s camera in the car and Odette contacted me so that Nelson could drive to the airport and return it before we caught our flight. Nelson also kindly drove us to the airport on his way to get the car washed. This was excellent customer service.

First used Cael in 2016 and very recently, picking up the car and return to Faro Airport. Just wanted to put on record how very pleased we have been on both occasions. Staff so friendly and helpful, no hard sell for CDW insurance, near new cars with unexpected extras such as sat-nav and proper spare tyres. The young man greeting us at Faro yesterday was amazing! Next in the Algarve in 2021 and will definitely book Cael.
